TECH UPSKILLING

A client shared a difficult situation they were facing. They were working closely with an expert in innovation and business ideas who has been in the field for around 20 years.

The issue that arose was that the ideas didn’t translate well from the face to face model to an online environment. The expert was unable to incorporate various technologies to support and diversify his message. This highlights that it is now even more necessary to be able to adapt knowledge and experience into different mediums.

Upskilling and learning new ways of delivering, formatting and managing content is most certainly part of the post COVID world and one we must all endeavour to get better at as the world changes!
