LEADERSHIP LEGACY

 

A key objective of any leader, no matter which stage they may be in, is be cognizant of the need to replace themself with other people. Every leader should have in place a strategy for preparing to replace themselves even when there may not be an immediate imperative to do so. What are the ways then that we do this? This can be achieved by focusing on developing others through skills and experiences, such as delegating and spreading the load.
