Dylan Alcott, the Australian of the year for 2022 has been a powerful voice for those with disabilities around the globe. As a champion wheelchair tennis player he has led by example. He has recently been advocating strongly for removing barriers to work and life in general, for people with disabilities by sharing stories and experiences. As he noted, ‘ when I have access ( be it physical or through inclusion) I have no disability’.
It is always refreshing and inspiring to see role models using their voice to bring connection and understanding to the community!
