Many organisations are finding the recruitment of suitable staff very challenging. A recent survey found that 89% of companies feel they can’t find the talent they need. It begs the question- how are organisations adapting to the lack of workers in their sector? One industry we have been engaged with recently, has introduced a program that involves recruiting people from other industries with similar experience (management etc) to join. They are looking at aptitude and attitude rather than specific skillsets.
