STORIES YOU TELL YOURSELF

 

I led a retreat recently and one of the activities was around self-limiting beliefs. These are stories that we tell ourselves that may hinder us from taking some stepping forward into a new project.

Once these beliefs are embedded in our thinking, we then seek further evidence to support them. Sometimes, we just need to change our stories. It is a mindset shift that is necessary if you want to embark on a different journey.
