MINIMUM VIABLE PROGRESS

There is a premise that regardless of what you set out to do, if you make the minimum viable effort towards a change or implementing change it increases the likelihood that you will stick to it.

As BJ Fogg, a Stanford Behavioural scientist suggests in his book -Tiny Habits :The small changes that Change Everything , small habitual steps translate to real shifts.

It is too easy to be focused on the prefect outcome or the destination. By taking small incremental steps that focus on what is easy to change and what you want to change, you are much more likely to be successful. This makes change fun and approachable rather than painful.

What small step towards change do you want to make?
