BEING PRESENT

 

How often are you distracted during a meeting or conversation?

Have you noticed how much more difficult it is to be present, especially in online meetings? As a result, you miss out on the totality of what is being shared/ the experience / what is being said.

One way around this is to set an intention to be present. Coming back to focus whenever you feel yourself being side-tracked by internal thoughts or external distractions.
