The reimposition of lockdown and the restrictions on travel both domestically and internationally, have meant that for me much of my work has been limited to being online.
In a usual year I make quite a number of trips internationally and nationally for both work and pleasure. I find the journeys add significantly to my awareness and experience of situations at a global level by interacting with various perspectives.
However, since the COVID pandemic hit, those experiences for me have been significantly curtailed and I have a much more limited and focused view of the world which is very local.
What changes have the current global situation made to your personal and professional lives and how have you adapted?
