INCLUSION AS AN EVERYDAY PRACTICE

When I think about diversity and inclusion, I often wonder how we can make it an everyday practice.

It reminds me of the example of seatbelts, which at some point became mandatory and people had to shift their thinking from it being non-essential to being an everyday practice and habit. Now when we get into a car, we automatically put on the seatbelt.

Can we evolve so that we think this way in terms of being inclusive?
