The pandemic has brought many changes, among these are that it has made people reprioritise and rethink the notion of work. More people are questioning how, where and when work is done and the value of it being done in specific locations.
Flexibility has become a key to this new work model. Having flexibility has been a key enabler for many people.
I encourage all individuals and organisations to consider, what you are offering in terms of flexible work. I appreciate that not all roles can have that flexibility, due to the nature of different types of work, however the pandemic has highlighted that work can be done in different ways and formats that go beyond the status quo.
