When we are in positions that are powerful, ego can get in the way and stop us from having a level of humility. It precludes us from saying, ‘ I don’t know’ or ‘ I’m sorry”.
It is useful to remember that there are many pathways to the top and it is never an individual effort. There are always wise mentors and sponsors who guide, support and advocate on each person’s journey to success.
