The COVID situation has certainly impacted the way so many industries do business and the consultancy business is no exception. We have shifted many of our meetings, workshops and interventions online as a result of lockdowns and restrictions.

Something I have noticed as a part of this is that not meeting face to face has an impact on how you care for clients and the need for developing this in a genuine way is heightened.

Building relationships is certainly more challenging and requires much more effort online.
