The discussion on racism is certainly one that is coming to the fore and rising to prominence in the DEI conversation as a result of the black lives matter movement and greater social awareness.
In Australia, the Australian Human Rights Commission (AHRC) recently released a campaign as part of it continuing advocacy against racism. It provides case studies, tools and resources on the subject to educate and raise awareness. The benefits from this campaign and discussion of the subject are numerous; being better informed, knowing how to engage in conversation, knowing how to support and advocate for those who may be experiencing racism.
