IS AGEING YOUR ORGANISATIONAL BLINDSPOT?

 

Ageism in workplaces  is becoming more noticed and spoken of than ever before.

It raises the question, how aware are we  in regard to the age demographic in our organisations? We now have multi-generations in the work place, and there is plenty of evidence that demonstrates  the performance improvement that intergenerational diversity brings to teams.

My question then is, how well is your organisation utilising the strengths of multi-generations,  and are you doing  enough to foster this?
